Yael begins her presentation with a picture of her and her siblings. The picture takes place in New Hampshire . She wants the audience to know that family means alot to her. On the background of the picture you could see the mountains, the bright blue sky and you get a feel of nature. It reflects a peaceful and a united family. Her next picture is of a baseball glove she played with when she was a child. It was a nostalgic picture with memories of family gatherings on Sundays. Little league was the excuse to make grandparents, parents, aunt, uncles, cousins and friends to all get togther atleast once a week. Everyone gathered on Sundays and played. She also loved baseball.
The third picture was very unique. It's a shot of the camera replacing her on her friends car sitting in the passenger seat. At first glance it was hard to grasp but when she explained the meaning behind the picture it made sense. She remembers the times when she was in high school where she always rode next to her friend to hang out. It was a time where everything seem simple and easy; a time of no worries and life to her was less complicated.
There was this one picture that immediately made me smile. She is posing with her best best with authentic big smiles with their faces covered with mud. It made me think of my best friend and the good times we spent together. It was full of nostalgia and happiness. The closeness shown in this one picture resembles a strong and unconditional bond.
